The hotel is conveniently located close to local restaurants and a large shopping mall, offering a nice and quiet stay with all necessary facilities included. However, the dining options could be improved, and there were some issues with kitchen equipment and instructions.
The hotel room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and cozy, albeit lacking natural light which made it feel cave-like. The service from the staff to the manager was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The location was ideal for shopping and close to city center amenities. The dining experience had limited food choices and some maintenance issues. Overall, the hotel was good value for money with a few drawbacks to consider.
I had the pleasure of booking this hotel for my guests from the UK for a two-night stay. The rooms were very spacious, and the staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful, making sure my guests were satisfied. However, there were some issues with the slow room check before returning the deposit.
